Zero Point Cucumber “Bang” Snack 🥒✨
A fresh, crunchy, spicy snack that’s quick, light, and full of bold flavor!
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or sticks.
Place them in a large bowl or container with a lid.
Add rice vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
Sprinkle in chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Add everything bagel seasoning and sesame seeds if using.
Toss everything well until the cucumbers are fully coated.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for the flavors to soak in.
Shake again and enjoy cold!
Extra Tip
For even more “bang,” add a dash of hot sauce or a little Tajín seasoning for extra zing 🌶️
