1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
In a large bowl, combine:
ground beef
mayonnaise
yellow mustard
onion powder
half of the crushed crackers
Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape into 4–6 oval patties and place in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining crushed buttery crackers over the top of each patty for that golden crunchy finish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and nicely browned.
