🥚 Eggshell Powder Recipe (Calcium Supplement)
Ingredients:
6–12 eggshells (from cooked or raw eggs)
Instructions:
Clean thoroughly
Rinse the eggshells well and remove the inner membrane if possible.
Boil to sanitize
Boil the shells in water for 10 minutes to kill bacteria.
Dry completely
Let them air-dry or place in an oven at low heat (100–120°C) for 10–15 minutes.
Grind into powder
Use a blender, coffee grinder, or mortar until you get a very fine powder.
Store
Keep in a clean, airtight jar.
🥄 How to Use
Take ½ teaspoon per day (mixed into water, juice, or smoothies).
You can also sprinkle a tiny amount into food.
⚠️ Important Notes
Don’t take large amounts—too much calcium can cause problems.
This won’t directly rebuild knee collagen, but it supports bone health.
For joints, nutrients like vitamin C, protein, and gelatin/collagen-rich foods (like bone broth) are more relevant.
