🧀 Creamy Cheesy “Crack” Potatoes (Super Addictive!)
🥔 Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt if you prefer)
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic (minced)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
½ cup cooked beef bacon or turkey bacon (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Boil the potatoes
Cook in salted water until fork-tender (about 10–15 minutes).
Drain well.
Make the creamy mix
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Combine everything
Add potatoes to a baking dish.
Pour the creamy mixture over and gently toss.
Stir in half the cheese and bacon.
Top & bake
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Finish
Sprinkle parsley or green onions on top.
Serve hot!
