π Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken (2 Ingredients)
π Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (about 400g) cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Pour the cranberry sauce on top, covering everything.
Cover and cook:
Low for 6β7 hours, or
High for 3β4 hours
Once done, shred the chicken slightly or leave whole and spoon the sauce over the top.
π½οΈ Serving Ideas:
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or couscous
Add a side of roasted vegetables or green beans
Great in sandwiches or wraps the next day
