Easy 10-Minute Apple Pie
This quick apple pie uses just a few basic ingredients and comes together fast — perfect when you want something warm, sweet, and cozy without spending hours baking.
Ingredients
3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 sheet puff pastry or pie dough
2 eggs
100 g (½ cup) sugar
120 ml (½ cup) milk
100 g (¾ cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Powdered sugar for topping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a pie dish or small baking pan.
Arrange the sliced apples evenly in the pan.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add milk and melted butter.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter over the apples.
If using puff pastry, place it on top or line the pan before adding apples and batter.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
