Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley, ranch, or spicy mayo for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes.
Wash and dry the cauliflower florets well.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the cauliflower evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dip.
Optional Flavor Ideas
Buffalo Style: Toss in buffalo sauce after cooking.
Cheesy: Add extra parmesan during the last 2 minutes.
Spicy: Sprinkle with chili flakes or cayenne pepper.
