This easy slow-cooked comfort meal is usually made with a chuck roast, creamy soup mix, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini peppers for super tender meat.
Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (3–4 lbs)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
5–8 pepperoncini peppers
Optional: ¼ cup butter for extra richness
Instructions
Place the chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the meat.
Add the pepperoncini peppers on top and around the roast.
Optional: place butter on top for extra flavor.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–10 hours
High: 5–6 hours
Once fork-tender, shred or slice the meat and spoon the juices over the top.
