Creamy Slow Cooker Beef & Gravy
This easy comfort-food dinner only needs 5 ingredients total and turns into a rich, creamy meal perfect over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Ingredients
2–3 lb beef chuck roast or stew meat
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
Place the beef in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Add cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 7–8 hours
or HIGH for 4–5 hours
About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Shred or break apart the beef and mix into the creamy gravy.
