4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 cup sugar (white or brown works)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla, then stir until a thick dough forms.
Roll dough into small balls and place on the tray.
Press each ball lightly with a fork (classic criss-cross pattern).
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are just set.
Let them cool for a few minutes—they firm up as they rest.
Tips
Don’t overbake or they’ll get dry—take them out when they still look slightly soft.
You can add chocolate chips if you ever want a “bonus version.”
