Garlic, Honey & Vinegar Mixture
Ingredients
8–10 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup raw honey
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Optional:
1 small piece fresh ginger, sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon or turmeric
Instructions
Lightly crush the garlic cloves to release their juices.
Place them in a clean glass jar.
Pour in the honey and apple cider vinegar.
Stir gently until combined.
Cover the jar and let it sit for:
at least 24 hours before using
preferably 3–5 days for stronger flavor
Store in the refrigerator.
How to Use
Take 1 tablespoon daily.
Or mix 1–2 tablespoons into warm water for a drink.
Flavor Tips
Add more honey if it tastes too sharp.
Add ginger for extra warmth and spice.
