  1. Make the dough

  3. Shape
    Divide into small balls (golf-ball size)
    Roll each into a flat round (about Β½ cm thick)

  4. Second rest
    Let the rounds rest for 10–15 minutes
  5. Cook
    Heat a pan on medium heat (no oil needed)
    Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes per side
